We are Bliss Horse Riding Club, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with information from this website. It is short because we collect very little.
When you send an enquiry
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, what you are interested in, an optional preferred date and an optional message. When you send it:
- WhatsApp opens with your enquiry ready to send, so you can reach us directly.
- A copy is emailed to us, so nothing is missed if you do not press send in WhatsApp.
- A copy is saved on our own server, so we can reply to you and keep track of enquiries.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you about riding at Bliss. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Your name, phone number and message are deleted automatically after 180 days. After that we keep only the anonymous count of how many enquiries came in on a given day, which contains nothing about you.
Visitor numbers
Our web server keeps a record of pages requested, along with the website that referred you and the type of device used. This is how we know whether anyone is finding us. It sets no cookies and is never shared.
Your IP address is scrambled with a one-way code before it is stored with an enquiry, so it cannot be read back.
Google Analytics
If you accept the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies and shares site-usage information with Google. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@blisshorseridingclub.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will action it.
