A team riding out across open country at Bliss, GIFT City
For Companies

Your team works in a tower.
Ten horses and a working farm, inside GIFT City.

Employee wellbeing days, leadership programmes and year-round access on a working equestrian estate — horses, an organic farm and a pool. No travel day. No coach to book. Your people walk out of the office and arrive.

The Opportunity

Being inside GIFT City changes everything

GIFT City was built for finance, and it does that brilliantly. What it does not have is somewhere to breathe. Most of your team relocated here for the job, and many brought families still working out what to do on a Sunday.

Every other corporate retreat costs a company a day: the coach, the highway, the hours lost either side. We are already here. That single fact turns an annual outing into something your people can use on a Thursday evening, over a long lunch, or every weekend with their families — which is the difference between a nice day out and a benefit that actually keeps people.

Programmes

Four ways companies work with us

Every programme is quoted to your team size and the time you have. Tell us the budget you are working with and we will build the day around it.

Half or full day · your whole team

The Wellbeing Day

A group session in the arena at Bliss

A day out of the office that is not a hotel conference room. Teams rotate in small groups through the stables, the farm and the pool, with a farm-to-table lunch in the middle. Riding for those who want it, ground time with the horses for those who don't, and enough space that nobody is standing in a queue.

Best for Engagement budgets · quarterly team days · annual days
Half day or two days · small cohorts

Leadership in the Saddle

A rider working with an instructor on the trail

A structured equine-assisted leadership programme. Horses respond to how a person actually is, not to their designation — they read hesitation, tension and clarity in seconds, and they answer honestly every time. Facilitated sessions and debriefs, with takeaways your L&D team can carry back into the office.

Best for L&D budgets · senior cohorts · new-manager programmes
90 minutes · weekly or fortnightly

Evenings & Lunch Hours

An evening sundowner ride at Bliss

Only possible because we are minutes from your desk. A standing slot for your people — a Thursday evening at the stables, a long lunch on the farm, a swim after work. Small groups, booked by your team through the year, with no day taken out of anyone's calendar.

Best for Wellbeing programmes · hybrid teams · retention
Twelve months · your whole workforce

The Annual Partnership

Fresh produce harvested on the Bliss farm

One agreement, all year. Your employees and their families get access to the estate at member rates, your quarterly team days are built in, and family weekends are included — so the benefit reaches the people who decide whether your employee stays in Gandhinagar. This is the arrangement we would recommend to any company based here.

Best for Employee benefits · retention · CSR-linked programmes
A Day Here

What a day here actually looks like

A full Wellbeing Day, as we would normally run it. Groups rotate so everyone gets time with the horses without anybody waiting — and because we are inside GIFT City, the day starts and ends at your office.

Why Horses

Why a horse teaches better than a slide

A horse does not know anyone's job title. It responds to whoever is standing in front of it — calm or anxious, clear or hesitant — and it responds immediately, every time, in front of everyone.

That is why equine-assisted work has become a fixture in leadership development. Nobody has to deliver difficult feedback to a senior manager; the horse already did, and there is no arguing with it.

Our sessions are run by experienced instructors on horses schooled for teaching. No riding experience is needed, and much of the work happens on the ground rather than in the saddle.

Practical

The questions HR asks first

What size groups do you take?

We build the day around your team. Tell us how many are coming and we will tell you honestly what works — larger groups are split into smaller teams that rotate between the stables, the farm and the pool, so the day keeps moving and nobody spends it waiting for a turn.

What if someone doesn't want to ride?

Nobody is put on a horse. A good number of people arrive nervous, and that is entirely fine — there is ground work with the horses, the farm, the pool and the grounds to walk. Several of our best sessions never leave the ground.

Is it safe?

Certified helmets and body protectors are provided, every horse is schooled for teaching, and trained instructors stay with each group throughout. Safety briefings open every session.

How far is it, really?

We are inside GIFT City. For most offices here it is a short drive, and there is parking on the estate — which is why we can run a ninety-minute evening session as easily as a full day.

What about food?

Everything is served from our own farm kitchen, using what the estate grows. Tell us your group's requirements when you enquire and we will build the menu around them.

What happens if it rains?

There are covered areas on the estate, and monsoon washouts are rescheduled at no charge.

How does billing work?

A GST invoice in your company's name, raised against your purchase order. Programmes are quoted per proposal, so you get a document your finance team can approve.

Aditya, co-founder of Bliss Horse Riding Club Who You Are Dealing With

Built by people who run companies

Bliss was started by two chartered accountants — brothers who spent their working lives in offices, and built this so that teams, families and children could get out of them for a day. We know what a wasted offsite costs. We also know what a good one is worth, and that the difference is never the venue.

Come and walk the estate before you commit to anything. That is genuinely the best way to know whether this is right for your people.

Come and see it

Tell us a little about your team and we will send a proposal built for it — or simply come and walk the estate first. Site visits take about an hour and there is no obligation attached to one.

We reply the same working day. Your details are never shared.
